Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and all data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall the app, and you do not need to sign in here.

Before you publish: replace the highlighted menu path below with the exact taps in your app, then delete this box. Confirm that privacy@velcomx.com receives mail, and enter this page's URL in Play Console → Policy → App content → Data deletion.

01 Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

Open Infant Jesus Cathedral and go to [Settings → Account → Delete account — write the exact menu path in your app].
Confirm the request. Your account is deactivated straight away and permanently deleted within 30 days.

02 Request deletion from this page

If you no longer have the app installed, use the form below. It opens your email app with the request filled in, addressed to our privacy team — review it and press send.

Email doesn't open? Send a message to privacy@velcomx.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". You can also post a request to Velcomx Technologies Pvt. Ltd., 5/37, Komaranallipalayam, Irugalur, Sankari, Salem, Tamil Nadu 637103, India, or call +91 93612 77775.

03 What gets deleted, and when

We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete your data and confirm by email once it is done.

Deleted permanently

Your profile and account details — name, email address and phone number.
Photos, media and files you uploaded.
Any contacts data stored against your account.
Content you submitted, including messages and requests.
Your app activity and diagnostic records.

Timing

Removed from our live systems within 30 days of a verified request.
Encrypted backups run on a rolling 90-day cycle and expire automatically. Deleted data is never restored to live systems.

The one exception

A minimal set of records we are legally required to keep under Indian law is retained in isolation for the statutory period, then deleted.
